Wooden Toy Materials and Care

Some items are made from wood or incorporate wooden components. Small differences in grain, texture, and natural coloring may occur between pieces.

Follow any product-specific care directions. Unless instructions state otherwise, avoid prolonged moisture exposure, extreme heat, and harsh cleaning products that may damage wooden surfaces.

Do not continue using a toy if it develops splinters, broken elements, sharp edges, or other hazards.

Normal material variation does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from its description.

Pricing and Payment

All product prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise.

The applicable order total, including taxes, shipping fees, and any available discounts, will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

By placing an order, you authorize Doptra Inc and our payment-processing partners to charge the payment method you select for the total presented at checkout.

Please provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. We may request clarification if information is incomplete or a payment cannot be verified.

If an order is affected by a genuine pricing or listing error, we may contact you to confirm the correct terms or cancel the order. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded as applicable to the original payment method.

Orders and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected items under the terms shown at checkout.

An automated confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

An item becoming unavailable
A material pricing or listing error
Failed or unverifiable payment authorization
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
An incomplete or unsupported delivery address
Shipping restrictions or an inability to fulfill the order

We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers. Where an order is canceled after payment, the appropriate amount will be promptly refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to supported destinations within the United States only.

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding U.S. public holidays, unless a different timeframe is disclosed before purchase.

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal reaches $68 or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

Shipping services, any additional fees, and available delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Transit estimates may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other factors. Processing time and transit time are separate.

If an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide appropriate notice and the opportunity to agree to an applicable delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by law.

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate delivery details. Please consult our Shipping Policy for address changes, tracking, delays, and delivery issues.

Returns and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy explains eligibility, return procedures, refunds, replacements, and the handling of damaged or incorrect products.

Please review that policy before making a purchase. For standard change-of-mind returns, eligibility may depend on the item's condition, completeness, and other disclosed requirements.

Products returned with missing pieces, unauthorized alterations, or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify for a full change-of-mind refund under the applicable policy.

These conditions do not remove rights or remedies that apply to items arriving damaged, defective, unsafe, or materially different from what was ordered.

We will review each request in accordance with our published policies and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Personalized and Final Sale Items

If we offer personalized, made-to-order, clearance, or specifically marked final-sale products, those products may have additional return or cancellation conditions.

Final-sale or customized-item restrictions do not eliminate remedies required by law for defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied products.
